Turning on Keyboard Shortcuts
To use keyboard shortcuts in Gmail, you need to turn them on. To do this, go to Settings > See all settings > Keyboard shortcuts, and select "Keyboard shortcuts on". Then, click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Shortcuts
